$10 Tier and Britainology Update

We had some questions about the pricing and wanted to clarify: you will still receive at least one Britainology per month on the $5 tier, as well as the other bonus content. We're adding a second Britainology and / or Q&A episode each month for the $10 tier.
We've had the $10 tier for a while without any additional benefits (aside from free entry to live shows, which clearly isn't doing much good right now), and we wanted to provide some extra reward for that tier.
