Added 2021-10-31 21:31:15 +0000 UTCA vigilante named Madame Butcher. I think she's Japanese (American?). *shrugs*
She's called that because she's super brutal with beating up bad guys/villains.
I drew this several years ago and I realized that she looks hella skinny.
She needs some meat on her bones.
