EDIT: Another file was added to the link below that will fix the issue in the East Wing corridor and some issues with the East District in Renshire. Extract the map files into the data folder and overwrite - sorry about that guy x

I am exhausted! I've been awake since yesterday, had to cancel my NYE plans and barely made it this far BUT I'm in hella good spirits. Delirious with a smile for a change ^_^
OKAY! Firstly; the Mod Shop Day 2 scene is NOT included in this upload (120 something of the CGs are in the picture folder but the writing isn't complete and you can't access it yet). This is the largest single scene in the update which is absolutely crap but it needs another day of writing to finish it. I KNOW IT SUCKS but I just couldn't get there. I was so confident going into December given that it's a long month and I was off for two weeks, I thought I'd have surplus time to wrap it all up but this patch took a lot more hours in RPGM than I thought. I've worked almost exclusively in RPGM on the game EVERY day this month, including around 6 hours on Christmas day and at least 12 hours every other day for the past two weeks and still I couldn't do it all.I had a party to attend tonight but yesterday afternoon I knew I just didn't have enough time to both get a patch release and also get out for some festivities ^_^
My whole body's in and out of tremors from the cocktail of lethal doses of caffeine and nicotine but I am relieved and excited to sleep for the next 14 hours :)
SO! The 2nd of January or MAYBE the 3rd I'll upload a patch with the Mod Shop scene included. There are still around 15 CGs left unfinished to wrap that scene up which will take some time to pose and render but I'll be uploading the written scene without those CGs within the next 50~ hours. (I've left the Mod Shop CGs in the picture folder so if you want, you can peruse them before I upload the finished scene but I STRONGLY recommend waiting :)- honestly, just wait.. xD)
Of course I'll be posting a more complete beta patch in a week or so but tomorrow I'm going for lunch with my beautiful wee mummy and there's no way I'm cancelling that. In the evening I think I'm just gonna relax and play a game or something because I am fucking frazzled man.This happens EVERY patch, come release day I'm just in a frantic rush and I've got a lot of flak for this in the past but honestly, I gave myself so much time this patch and it wasn't enough. I spent more hours in this patch's RPGM phase than I did in the orgy patch which was 2x the CG count. I hope that that's apparent when it comes to play duration of this patch at least ^_^
I updated NWJS a couple months back and it's really messed something up with my RPGM. My save location changed and when I deploy the game it no longer runs correctly with the created game.exe so I'm just hoping and praying that the issue doesn't carry over to you guys. My workaround currently is taking the template of a previous version and simply copying the data across from the master file which does seem to work, at least on my end ^_^ let me know if you guys have any issues with save files, etc too because I do need to get to the bottom of the problem or perhaps I'll downgrade my NWJS again :)
Some other things are still on the to-do for this patch like some alternate CGs for the Mod Shop Sharing route, the NO route for the Mod Shop BG2 Day 2 also needs some CGs though it is extremely short given that it's not sexual. There are some other bits and pieces that I'd like to add but they are minor additions to what will be seen as already complete scenes.
This patch has NOT been tested start to finish, only individual events have been tested in isolation simply because I ran outta time so if anything isn't running please leave me a message or a comment and I'll fix it the second I wake up, sorry if this happens too I literally just can't stay awake any longer x
Alright let's talk some noteable things:
Anyone that's opted into the Mod Shop Sharing route but ALSO had Danny leave the party will be prompted on next visit to the Mod Shop to switch route. There HAS TO BE a Mod Shop route active or the events won't play so I've given players the choice to jump onto the Mod Shop Cheating route or the Mod Shop NO route :)The reason Sharing can't continue is because if Danny leaves the party he goes AWOL from work effectively halting any progress. This is also a one way trip to separating with Danny so Sharing with Moddy makes zero sense ^_^ (this is also true of Troy's route - if you're "Sharing" with Danny but he left the party whilst you are also on Troy's route, it will automatically direct you onto Troy's Lust Route - Cheating but you can simply opt out of Troy's Lust Route either way. I know this is all kinda complicated on paper but you won't really need to worry about any of it beyond the route choice!)
Recollection Room IS NOT UPDATED! It'll be uploaded on the 2nd/3rd in the same patch as the Mod Shop scene.
It's been a while since Deviancy level has stagnated but there are several events in this patch that will again raise your Deviancy level but for events that were previously unavailable because Deviancy was capped at 25, these are STILL not implemented and selecting them may cause issues. An example of this would be Theo's Night events so just be careful. I haven't checked to see if any of them are causing game breaks but they certainly could so if you see a choice that says "Requires Deviancy: (ANYTHING OVER 25)" don't click it xD
I am also planning to restructure the entire Mod Shop journal - currently it's a mess because I was in between ideas some years ago and it's left horribly unclear. There is also one instance where a previous scene might play out of order. Basically it needs tidied up badly, it's probably the worst organization out of any series in the game currently but I will get to it. The quest will be fixed in the post patch, you won't need to do anything to action it but basically the Mod Shop - "Moddy" / "Flat" / "Danny" will all be deleted and replaced with one single journal entry.Since the MS Journal is to be completely overhauled, to activate the new MS content you must have completed Mod Shop Betting Game 1 AND "TB" then have slept at least once afterward. Returning to the Mod Shop and standing on the "Change Clothes" node in the office once these conditions are met will initiate the first event. The second day/event is the sex scene which is currently unavailable.If anyone seeking Troy's path in this patch thinks their route doesn't correlate correctly, please let know. There could be some issues because my switches aren't as tidy as they should be - it won't cause progression issues but the dialogue might be weird so just tell me anything that doesn't seem right and I'll fix it :)
If and when you make it to the disclaimer in game about unlocking Exhibitionism, that is the end of current content until the post patch. It will detail how to level Exhib and such but there is NO content for it yet. That's the push for the post patch, to really fill out the game with a bounty of Exhib content. You will also have a new quest for it.
I've re-read and altered the Aoife scene like a gazillion times at this point and I'm still somewhat uneasy with it. It's just so much information man. I haven't felt this way about a scene before. Even when I try to think of other ways to filter in the information my brains just drawing blank, maybe because this was the plan all along and I can't shift my head away from it. Kind of like when you play a note or a chord on an instrument and your hands just go-to something you play a lot that incorporates that note/chord.
Personally, I love the scene and the music really sets it off but I don't think it's something that will translate well to most of the player base. I will let it simmer in my noodle for a bit whilst waiting for feedback and maybe it'll be changed later but for now.. Get your notepads out and prepare for a long read xD
