Magister Decree(8/16/2019) idea submission

While WSID has turn into "Pokkuti idea", I want MD to bring back the original concept of WSID. Which is "Idea submitted by patrons" to give Magister tier patrons a little something more special :)
To celebrate the return to original concept, Our first Magister Decree will be free-for-all, meaning you can submit your character from any franchise from any genre
WITH ONE EXCEPTION
You can not submit your own character
You have 3 days to submit your idea.
When all ideas are finalized, the poll will be available for any patrons to vote but Magister tier patrons will have a private poll to cast a second vote which each vote has more weight(points)
