Changed to monthly

I've changed donation method from "per work" to "monthly"
Please refer to new reward system and change your pledge accordingly.
With monthly method, it will be easier for me to keep track and send rewards :)
I hope this method would be more flexible and easier for you patron as well :)
PS. for those aim for "bonus content" reward tier, with this new system, I set the required pledge lower than before(from $15 to $12) ;)
