She would be eating a sweet potato with one hand, while lifting the hem of the dress (Either from the front or behind whichever works better), telling the viewer to get in all while smiling or blushing cutely. A lot of trapped gas would of course be oozing out from the dress like steam escaping from a sauna you cracked the door to. Since her station is closed up for the day, I'd assume the next best option would be to bring the handcuffed crook with her home and handle things there until the next day. (Many gassy happenings occur during that time)
