My physical condition has not been very good the past few months. I have been trying to quit my sleeping medication which I have been taking for years, and it's been.. really, really rough. However, I am almost at my last dosage, and while I'm not perfect yet, I feel more motivated to make content :)
Here are some pictures I wanted to post earlier, but couldn't find the right time yet. I took these pictures in a English style house in Kawaguchiko, Japan. The pictures are taken for Cafe British, which is a tea shop and maid cafe in Tokyo. I hope you like them. I am really in love with this costume and setting as I love the series Downton Abbey, which looks just like these pictures. I watched this series when I felt sick, and it really cheered me up, although sometimes it made me cry too. I recommend watching that series if you have the opportunity.

もっと早く投稿したかったのですが、まだタイミングが見つかりませんでした。河口湖にある英国風の家で撮った写真です。この写真は、東京にあるメイド喫茶のカフェ・ブリティッシュのために撮ったものです。気に入ってもらえると嬉しい＾＾。ダウントン・アビーというシリーズが大好きなので、この衣装と設定にとても惚れました。ダウントン・アビーシリーズが大好きなので、この衣装と設定には本当に惚れ込んでいます。気分が悪くなった時にこのシリーズを観ると、時々涙も出るけど、本当に元気になりました。機会があれば、このシリーズを見ることをお勧めします＾＾。

The contrast is what made it work I think. While not really a story without serious topics sprinkled throughout, whenever it actually showed something gruesome or uncomfortable it hit really hard. It made me take notice and has stuck with me ever since. Few shows are able to do that.
