June 30th update. "How to get socks really worn"
Added 2020-06-30 07:43:04 +0000 UTC๐งฆ Still working on my current pair of socks, they're basically the same, dirty on the bottoms & developing holes in the heels first, as always when I wear socks for long enough, the heels always wear apart first. ๐ฃ
If you want to see how worn your socks can get, wear the same shoes & socks continuously for as long as you can stand. Wear them at night, all day long, never put them in the laundry, etc. Double up on 2 pairs if the bottoms are getting too worn/holey. Also keep wearing the same shoes with them as well. Having to get new shoes, is like having to start all over again, & can take months sometimes, so get a pair of shoes that will last!
