Work in progress of a new double piece I'm working on for these two fellas <3 They are so ethereal to me, you have no idea, I could draw them for the rest of my life (probably will) and never get bored

This is a fancy illustration idea I've had in my head for weeks now, so I decided to take a little break from the whole thing around figuring out the merch and animating to get this out and ughh these may be some of my favorite things I've done in a while

I always talk about how strong of a bond they had and how much they genuinely loved and depended on each other, but they had some extremely turbulent times that I genuinely do not know how they survived emotionally. They weren't together for a little bit of the story too, though they still lived in the same home and secretly didn't like the idea of moving on. This is supposed to be set during that "break up" period when they genuinely could barely stand one another, before they decided to actually work on their issues and find common grounds.
