Boosh Eternal! (October Update!)

Hello Fellow Engineers!!

There's probably quite a few new people that I'm writing to this time so hello and welcome, as you may have seen from my previous posts I like to provide a monthly update on how the channel is doing, exciting news I have planned and to show off some fan art. This time I've gone with a Doom inspired piece named "Boosh Eternal".

In the last update I mentioned we had just released the 420,069 subscriber special, and now we're over 600k in size! I have no idea how or why or where... well actually, where is here I guess, but yeah... In the words of Owen Wilson, WOW! Also since last time we have now hired a new editor, The Suited Bird, who I am so pleased with! You may have seen his edits before as he edits EazySpeezy's videos too but now he is editing 2 videos a week for me- hence they jump from 5 vids a week to daily content! Yes, wow, I am now creating daily content on YouTube if you hadn't noticed! It's been going great since we have too, views are doing great, I'm having a blast and most importantly we're finally ticking off some games from the list!

In terms of the channel and videos, I'm still trying to stay focused on creating variety content. I really think this is what I want to be doing mainly as it not only keeps things fresh for you guys, but also for me too! There is a risk of burnout by doing daily content but I think playing a variety of games reduces that risk significantly. In terms of series though, Mini Motorways probably only has a couple more videos left though I will probably do a couple more Mini Metro videos too, Freeways is probably taking the place of it as I am really enjoying that game so hopefully we can make it a full series if people enjoy them. Timberborn is the reason a lot of the new people are here, Timberborners is still ongoing but I'm not sure how much longer it will keep going as once I've unlocked everything and built everything the videos might get a bit samey. I have been streaming Timberborn though, coming up with some unique, painstaking, ideas and I hope to turn these into videos to keep Timberborn content fresh on YouTube. Minecraft might be dead, it doesn't seem to get the views so I'm not sure it's worth creating videos on until I know enough to try mods. Poly Bridge has kind of been reborn with the discovery of the Poly Bridge 1 campaign, I'm enjoying it a lot and the last video went viral too so we'll see how the next one does and go from there!

I'm still after ideas for Patreon Bonus Content videos. I will do another reddit review but I want to mix them up a bit as not everyone was keen on the last one. I may do a drum cover of my band's songs for one too (as long as I can hide my face sufficiently, head bobbing is a thing whilst drumming!) The final bit of news is some new merch news! Also Makeship are currently designing a plushie for the channel- it's still a few months away from completion but hopefully it'll go live before Christmas if we're lucky!
