Q:LHS v0.11 Feature Adjustments

Hey patrons and followers!

As mentioned in previous posts over the last month, we feel Q:LHS is currently lacking adult content (especially for a game that’s primarily an adult game!). The love hotel management mechanic is also in need of some work, so we’ve come up with some additions/changes in v0.11 to help with these issues. If you want a quick summary, skip to the tl;dr at the end of the post.

LOVE HOTEL CHANGES

The main addition we’ll be implementing is the ability to invite a girl to spend time with you in one of your love hotel rooms. These scenes will be similar to previous Quickie games (but much smaller), consisting of a mini story and h-scene themed to the room you’re spending time in. However, only specific rooms will be available for each girl (with some potential crossover. E.g threesomes, or two or more girls at different times in the same room) and girls must meet a certain relationship rank before you can invite them (the required relationship rank depends on the girl. E.g, Girls who might be more open to spend time with you will require a lower relationship rank).

This new feature will allow us to include more adult content without affecting each girl’s main storyline too much. Love hotel rooms can also be themed uniquely to allow for a much larger variety of fetishes. Some simple room ideas might include: spending time with Satomi in a library room, BDSM room for Professor Belmont, or an arcade room for Toshiko. Other ideas that’ll cater to specific fetishes might include: a voyeurism room where you watch from a closet, swimming pool/beach room where the girls are in swimsuits, a glory hole room or a room where you roll play. Rooms that we’ll work on will be voted on by our patrons from a list of rooms we feel will fit each update.

MINI-GAMES REMOVED

It will require a lot of work to add this feature into the game, but we feel it’s a necessary and fun addition that’ll hopefully satisfy a lot of players. To compensate for the extra development time, we’ll be cutting back on other features of the game we feel isn’t as important, specifically the mini-games, and re-use some h-scenes from previous Quickie games to help add content as quickly as possible (not all h-scenes will be re-used though!). If we improve love hotel management gameplay and make it more fun, mini-games won’t be very necessary. We’ll be making improvements to the love hotel manager in v0.11.

NEW H-SCENES IN V0.11

To kick off this feature, we’ll be adding at least one love hotel scene with Satomi in v0.11. This means there will be at least two h-scenes in total if you include Satomi’s heart 3 h-scene. We did intend to make some changes to the Message board in v0.11, but it’ll have to wait until v0.12.

TL;DR

• You’ll have the ability to invite girls to spend time with you in one of your love hotel rooms, consisting of a mini story and h-scene themed to the room you pick (similar to previous Quickie games but much smaller).
• Girls will only spend time with you in specific rooms catered to the girl’s interests/personality or what we feel would work.
• A girl can be invited to spend time with you when you’ve reached a certain relationship rank with them. The required relationship rank can vary for each girl.
• We’ll no longer be adding mini-games to Q:LHS to compensate for the new workload. We’ll also be improving the love hotel manager to make it more fun/rewarding.
• At least one love hotel room scene with Satomi will be included in v0.11.
• Message board update is delayed until v0.12.
