Declined Payments
Added 2018-08-02 22:42:48 +0000 UTCAs some of you may already be aware, Patreon is experiencing a high number of declined payments this month.
They're currently working on fixing the issue, but have advised that to ensure your payment does go through this month, you can update your payment method to a new card, PayPal, or call your bank to confirm the change as non-fraud.

i told my bank it wasnt a fraud

2018-08-03 00:35:23 +0000 UTCYeah my CC, sent me a fraud warning for every Patreon charge this month. Seems like they changed their name/description for the charge and seemed to clump them together weirdly. So it looks like a new company is charging abnormal amounts, an abnormal number of times.

2018-08-02 22:57:16 +0000 UTCIt's not for everyone. Roughly 20% of our Patrons seemed to be hit with this, but that number has slowly been decreasing over the last 8 hours. If your payment went through fine, this doesn't affect you :)
