Chloe is a character from a whole Victorian-esque story/world created with a friend of mine a long time ago. She's currently in hiding, posing as a personal servant to a doctor...not even he suspects that she was once a serial killer who lured her victims by posing as a prostitute...not unlike a reverse Jack the Ripper.
