Schedule Change

So the other day I promised the gm_Stormwald video on Friday. Unfortunately that had to be delayed to next Friday in order to quickly upload The Complex: Expedition. So I figured some of you might be interested in some insight into the thought process behind scheduling.

Any time a video does fairly well (I consider it a major success if it gets 10k+ views in the first 24 hours) it provides a nice bump to the channel's 48-hour view count, and keeping *that* above 50k is what I aim for. When one video does well, Youtube also tends to increase recommendations for others, so it all feeds into itself.

I try to make Monday and Friday uploads "sure things", ie Garry's Mod or new releases, because I'm trying to keep the numbers up throughout the weekend, where there's an extra day without an upload. Wednesday is usually for videos with lower potential, such as urbex or readings. Multi-part series will usually have diminishing returns with each part, so I generally make them *in addition* to the usual Monday-Wednesday-Friday schedule, putting them in the Sunday-Tuesday-Thursday gaps.

With all that said, here's the schedule for this week, not including Into the Radius:

Monday - A mod that rhymes with Wave Smeller ;)

Wednesday - Reading: Abandoned by Disney

Friday - gm_Stormwald

More Garry's Mod coming the following week as well, since I hate going so long without the flagship series!
