SD means Scene Data and the difference between Map and Scene maps is pretty simple, Maps are 3D models ported to Koikatsu and Scene maps are "maps" made in CharaStudio using studio assets. You can also say that Maps are mods for Koikatsu and Scene Maps are scenes for CharaStudio.
