3D character commission?

I have been thinking for the last couple of week about getting my OC "Mad Joe" character made as a 3D model
he will likely become the main Prey for most of my future animations or renders.
I also thought it could be awesome to use that character as my Avatar in VR Chat whenever I get around to play it.
