If you didn't- the poops (tm).
It's making my insides VERY uncomfortable. Though I am pleased to report that yesterday, so far, feels to have been the peak worst of it.
I don't have any lung problems or obnoxious heaving so don't worry, it ain't the rona. I do however have extremely sore butt parts and a lot of tired as a result.
I'll be back soon.
