Unfortunate news

There's a chance that in the coming months my sister and I will be, once more, homeless. I will keep people updated on where this goes as it progresses. I won't have any new information for a little while yet. That essentially means I will be absent from the internet for however long that takes once again as well. Anybody remember 2014? I wasn't online, because I was homeless. :) Tends to throw an axe into the forehead of posting artwork.

Long story short, the person my sister works for (it takes both of us at our maximum to pay the rent, either of us loses more money and poof, we're done) is a dumb idiot man and hasn't been paying his business taxes.

NY state does not look kindly on being screwed out of its dues, and are likely to shut it all down when the eviction bans run out . Which will be in March.

For the record, my sister and I are not frivolous spenders. We do not have a myriad of cuttable luxuries. We were born into bad circumstances and, as being poor in 'Merica does, it has haunted us our entire lives (including selfish family members screwing us over when we were too young to do anything about it). We are always one bad day from ruin. There really is no class ladder to climb in this country. You either get lucky or not.
