It's something I'll probably dig a little into at some point (in the context of a larger video). I actually very briefly listened to a podcast that dove into the interpersonal relationship between Paul and John and the way that they approached everything as absolute fact and read into every little detail was absurd to me. As far as my take... I think there is some credence to SOME of the speculation. I think that it is okay to say (as a culmination of personal accounts from those close to him) that John was bisexual, but even that may be too strong of a label. Sexuality is a strange thing and there is such a large spectrum. Keep in mind, this is 100% my take (and a head canon of sorts) because there is no way to be inside the minds of these people. I think John and Paul had an incredibly intense friendship, one that many people compared to a marriage. I think that with that, it's perfectly plausible that John had an on again, off again, romanticization of Paul, or at the very least, a wanting and dependence that was beyond that of typical platonic friendship. Paul on the other hand... I don't think he ever had any sort of romantic pull toward John. Unlike John, there are not swirling rumors about his sexuality, or statements from those close to him saying that he ever expressed any attraction toward men. But I don't think he was oblivious toward John's attraction (whether it be sexual or not) toward him. BUT THEN AGAIN, I personally have some fun reading into things, even if its baseless. It's the little stuff sometimes. For example, when I was watching Get Back, just the manner in which John looked at Paul struck me as very intense. And getting even sillier, I like to think that "Girl" could have been written about Paul. Never in a million years would I ever think that as absolute fact though.

The bit where you touched on John and Paul’s acid trip, and their looking into each other’s eyes made me think of the McLennon trend I see across social media. There seems to be a lot of misinformation and people grasping at straws, and believing it to be 100% fact, but I could be wrong - though I doubt it. I’m wondering if you’ve thought about diving into that topic, and clearing it up for people around our age and younger? I think it would bring a lot of attention to your channel - but it all might not be good. Again, your work is my favorite on YouTube. Keep it up and hope all is well!
