That "OC" is Selena. She was introduced in my old dead Cheerilee blog. She was supposed to be Celestia disguised as a normal horse but I never finished the arc.
What we have here, are the never before posted Celestia variants of the Selena picture. I never posted these because I didn't want to spoil the story. :B
