I more connect with my body and my penis. I use it as almost "self care" time and spend ample amounts of time on myself, always less than an hour, no porn at all. I sometimes do a quickie for like 5-10 minutes too, but if I don't have 30 or more minutes to really get down with myself, I skip it until I have the right amount of time!
