IF there are no kids/pets or shared property/business involved, this is where the "lone wolf" shines! Breaking up becomes easier because disassociation is familiar territory, and dealing with situations solo is common thing. In other words, you lick your wounds and move on ... a hell of a lot quicker and with more resilience than members of "the pack". Just saying.
