The "Röm" means Roman numbers, which the Germans used to designate Corps. These show the 30th and 88th Corps. For some reason they did not use the proper Roman numbers, but used "Röm" on this occasion.

Eastory

What about the 2 Röm - 30 & 88 - Rumanian?

http://www.lexikon-der-wehrmacht.de/Gliederungen/Korps/Karte/LXXXVIII0345.jpg You can see here the 346th, 331st, 361st infantry and the 34th Landstorm Nederland division, who guard the Rhine. There are also some flags on the coast like 703rd, 249th, 63rd and the 11th Marine division, but they were phantom divisions (to give the Allies an impression of stronger forces being in the area) or too weak in strength, so I did not include them.

Eastory

Also are you sure the german 25th Army in the Netherlands had only 4 divisions? Seems too small. There were also forces that guarded the costs against allied landing.

6:35 - It's striking to see that there were at least 5-6 free divisions for Montgomery (Ar. Gr. 21) to free the Netherlands already by February 1945. 7:17 - Make that 11 divisions...
