💚🧡 Katsuki poison doesn’t come from his fangs. It comes from a gland in the top/back of his mouth. Very much like that of a snake~ Izuku is literally the ONLY person he can do this to in this AU lol Literally anyone else would die 😂 As the poison gland in his mouth is by far the most deadly part of him, easily making anyone else past tense within minutes.

Normal blue ringed octopuses bites can kill in less than 20min after injection. But this is also in parallel to their size (ranging only from 4-6 inches). Since Kats is easily 100x that size, the amount of poison injected when bitten is much larger. Luckily for Izuku, he’s practically immune to its deadly effects due to his mixed species origin. But this is also due to their past (some things I want to clarify in the normal comic), but long story short, Izuku grew up being surrounded by these toxins had on many occasions, consumed antidotes from Kats parents. Which helped further his immunity.

So instead of dying, Izuku feels like he’s hopped up on drugs every time now 💅 free, very strong, dopamine rushes lol

I always explain so much about Katsuki’s blue ringed, octopus half, but I haven’t even dived into his other half yet lol this is mainly because I have a scene in the regular comics that I want to draw out that explains it more. But god, the more I write out about him the more I realize I accidentally made him what’s probably the most dangerous thing in the ocean. And it was all for aesthetic. I chose both his parents species based on AESTHETIC 😂 and now my boys a fucking monster 😭 💚🧡
