Choose a topic for a new video
Added 2019-02-16 10:16:24 +0000 UTCNow, I guess you have all been waiting for the Eastern front to be completed, so the next video will cover the last year of the war. But the one after is up to you to decide. And there are some quite different topics to choose from:
1) Russia's Manifest Destiny. How to push your border 6000 km east across Eurasia in five centuries?
2) The Deluge. A WW2 scale conflict in the 17th century Eastern Europe. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Deluge_(history)
3) The Perestroika. How and why wasn't the Soviet Union made Great again?

All topics are interesting, lets hope that Eastory has enough time to cover as much as possible in as short time as possible. As for Gorbachev and Perestroika, maybe in 10 years or so, after he will no longer be in this world, we will have access to his journal or letters to see what is he thinking about what happened after he no longer was president.

Clearly he can't really comment, but I wonder what Gorbachev is thinking about thinking about the historical revisionism going on now about the Afghan War.

Don't ask me how I voted :D
