I just post life stuff there occasionally in my real accent. I am a bit more chaotic so I completely understand if you aren't interested but posting so everything is in one place that are ๐๐ค

It's sort of a rope thing and you can fasten it onto the pull up bar. Some parks contain pull up bars. This should help with practicing as the rope will help with the pull up. But a slightly easier way is just doing a negative, so doing a pull up in reverse: starting at the top and then lowering yourself back down. ๐

You hear all sort about stalkers and it might not happen but I don't want to risk it either I've got little vids on TIktok and insta with snippets but that's the most I'm willing to do.
