Yeah, as it turns out, Patreon auto-adds EVERYONE who's in your Patreon to a discord server if you integrate it, without asking them. There is no way to disable this without completely forgoing Patreon's discord integration options. Looks like I will have to post an invite link, and assign roles manually :( Seriously uncool web design.
