Probably would redraw the tail, it looks kind of weird.

Kind of. A horse's tail consists of two parts, the dock (tail) and the skirt (hair). Most of the dock is covered by the skirt but from this angle there would be a part of the dock that doesn't have hair which is what most people refer to as the dock.
