Mista is naturally brilliant with a gun already, so when he got jabbed with the arrow, his Stand only increased a skill he already had. Purple Haze is just a physical representation of Fugo's rage. Abbacchio has a lot of regret and his Stand literally replays the past. Narancia wants freedom and has a short fuse, a fighter plane is perfect. Giorno wants to create change so he can make life out of what others see as nothing. Bucciaratti is all about connection and holding people together, like he does with his Squad.
