The players in the campaign I'm currently DM'ing just got lost in a deadly forest and escaped into a spooky old mine. They are pretty committed to tossing ball bearings into random places as traps and to be alerted when intruders... intrude.
Anyway, the ball bearings didn't do much good when a giant shambling mound came slurping through the hallway. Luckily, they busted through an old door into a mining office. There's a rickety beat up desk in there, the contents of which will certainly help them on their journey...
