2024-08-10 07:58:50 +0000 UTCOh fizzes voice sounds like this because its before the accident/explosion, you see that after he becomes mammons poster child his voice is raspy So not seeing it mentioned here but we have two aussie voices in this episode and both are from Happy Smiling Friends creators! Edit: So about the whole idea of the crowd singing a brand new song. Sure it could just be to make it sound good but i have had a theory since Hazbin Hotel season 1 aired. At the start of Hazbin Hotel we learn that lilith empowered demonkind with her song, but everyone who sings across both shows have some sort of tie to someone of demon royalty. In this case Fizz is in a relationship with Ozzie and a presumably has a contract with Mammon. In hazbin hotel everyone who sings is either: An overlord, has a contract with an overlord or is royalty and or ex angel. To add onto this, every time charlie sings others join in chorus. Episode 1 when shes singing and dancing down the street, later when shes singing with sir pentious the others join in even while "speaking" and she later sings with an entire colony of cannibals. Alastor and Vox basically Duel via singing in their own mediums and later singing between Velvet and Carmine at the Overlord meeting. Helluva Boss Season 1: Episode 2 Stolas sings in episode 2 and is part of a royal class of demons. Episode 3 Verosika is singing in the human world but she is a succubus so magic is still being used in some way.

I totally get viewing things like Fizz sometimes and wanting to make content that feels “good enough,” but your audience definitely loves whatever content you give us since it’s authentically you! :D Glad to see that you liked this episode and the last one tho!! Viv is incredible at making characters that are just so easy to become attached to, and Fizz is definitely one of them. And you’re absolutely right about needing tissues for the upcoming Stolas and Blitz content 😭 which is why I’d maybe recommend watching the two shorts afterwards? They’re definitely wayyy more lighthearted/silly and might cheer you up a bit after the heavier stuff :D or you could split up the heavy episodes with those inbetween too! They’re not really relevant to the main plot at this point, so you can kinda decide where you wanna throw them in :)

If you don't want to do shorter videos you could tack them to the end or beginning of those episodes. In fact, canonically "Look my way" is after this episode.

Just please don't ever push yourself into burnout, your fans are gonna love and appreciate your stuff regardless. Okay, now that I've said that, welcome to the Fizz and Ozzie fanclub! You are not alone, in just two episodes, Fizz has managed to become a lot of people's favorite character. His fuck you song is that perfect catharsis anthem for anyone who's ever had a shitty boss or job and wished they could go out swinging like that. A few fun little tidbits: there's an Easter egg type thing in the beginning; when Mammon says women aren't funny, they quickly flash the creator, Vivienne Medrano's name up there, very tongue in cheek. Also, there's a fan theory that the reason Fizz knows sign language is because after the fire, his throat would have been badly burned as well (hence the froggie voice) so he would have needed to find other ways of speaking. On top of that, some people think that because imps don't have ears, they might actually hear through their horns, so getting his blown off would have severely impacted his hearing. If you look at the little deaf imp's horns, you can see that one of them is broken as well. Other than that, you are dead on about the Adam comparison. I don't know if there's something behind it or not, but I had the same thoughts while watching. Great job, as always, I was really looking forward to your reaction to this episode and it was so worth it!
