Getting character development literally never equates to being the main character in jojo and its clearly jotaro be so for real if you don't understand having unconventional main characters is part of the charm of jojos what are you doing here

I usually sit at the bar and play $1 hands of blackjack, but you can play as low as $0.25 at those. I just chat with random strangers at the bar, play some blackjack, and get free drinks. The reason I play $1 hands is because they cant give you free drinks if youre playing hands smaller than that. I usually end up playing about $10 worth of hands between the times that they bring me another drink, so basically just buying drinks.
