So as they descend down into the Abyss the curse of the abyss makes it hard to ascend and causes sickness or death depending on how far down they go

Also, the whole "if that were true I'd pass out every time I saw my girlfriend" comment was probably the sweetest thing I've ever heard, just sayin'

2024-07-09 16:48:04 +0000 UTCSo in terms of 2 seasons and 3 movies, as far as I am aware, the first two movies are recaps for season 1, but I do know that the 3rd movie is not only canon, but imperative for the story and has some very important plot points that season 2 will just assume you know so if you miss it you will end up very confused. If nothing else, do make sure you see that one, movie 3 is "Dawn of the Deep Soul"
