This whole part is a result of him going on a long trip through the same countries and being inspired to write about it in his mangas. This becomes increasingly common as the series goes on, where Araki finds something neat and decides that will be the theme of the part or episode.

This second half of part 3 has some absolute bangers come up. When I said that part 3 has some of the best fights, those are in the near future.
