Moe is kind of an abstract concept to explain but basically it means a feeling of intense affection towards a fictional character, usually inspired by some attribute about them. In this case the cuteness of their relationship.

2026-03-05 13:53:39 +0000 UTCI'm so sad the anime didn't include the arc with the occult club girl who loves Honey, because you really think it's a one off thing, like they'll add this character but then she won't stick around, like the tea cups girl, or any other side character who only really gets the one episode to shine. And the running joke is she's in the occult club, and clearly not good with expressing herself, so she's "cursing" Honey and he's freaked out about having made an enemy whose into black magic. But she's just got a crush and her method of dealing with it is pulling "curses" from books like "a lovely maiden's spell book: 5000 charms to steal his heart <3" and stuff like that. And as soon as Honey finds out she just likes him, he starts actually dating her. Like, she shows up a few more times in the manga and is his girlfriend, and the epilog states they get married. Like, i know Honey isn't the main character but it feels like such a shame to not have the relationship appear at all in the anime :(

I assume in this situation they’re specifically referring to their callousness and/or fiery temper. Maybe also their ability to hold a grudge?

The most memorable one was in what order the club members eat their food - like do they start with their favorite and go from there or what. I'm pretty sure I remember it saying the twins only eat their favorite things anyway loll

Like, when you think someone is cute so you want to date them. Anime occasionally skirts the line of the term being fetishistic. In this episode Renge is saying Hunny is cute, but that’s boring unless you can be horny about it.
