So the funny thing about the bus ride at the beginning is that they apparently go out of the way to make sure its all freshmen on the bus so that he can terrify them by driving off a cliff.

I get it was that he needed to learn the lesson, but when his best friend was the one pointing out the very lesson he was meant to learn early on, it kind of falls flat. It makes him seem like a waste of space that only cares about others when it effects him. Every other character was more interesting than him. It's especially bad when you compare him to Warren and Layla who 1. Are far more interesting as characters. 2. Layla is right about everything, has the most op power, and actually cares about the movies themes. I get why Will was needed to change things, his parents are in power, so him turning the society around sends a message better than if Warren, who is judged for his father, or Layla, who no one takes seriously, try to change society. Will is still a very dislikable character though.
