Hey, I'm Still Alive

I'd honestly be impressed if I wasn't, and wrote this post regardless. As you can probably tell, I haven't posted any updates to Patreon in a while. Now, I've been meaning to update it, but every time I do something else comes up that requires my more urgent attention. Much of my time lately has been spent avoiding burnout, battling the mundanity of the weekly 9-to-5, and, most recently, trying to not die from Covid.

So yeah, I came down with the sickness over the weekend. I'm fairly certain who gave it to me, so when I'm fit and healthy again, I'm gonna strap him to a chair, stuff a gagball into his mouth and force him to watch Uwe Boll's Far Cry on repeat for 72 hours. Some of you might think that's cruel, and I'm pretty sure I can get tried at the Hague for that, but justice must be served.

But between the insomnia, 24/7 headaches and fevers so intense I keep thinking I'm going to cause a fucking China Syndrome, I'm doing pretty well. It is keeping me from making the progress I want to with the next review given how distracting it is, but I think I'll be able to give it a proper go in the next few days. I've already started recovering remarkably quick. So hopefully I'll be able to maintain a semi-consistent upload schedule and get the next review out somewhen in the month.

Speaking of which, yes, the next review is -- unfortunately for me -- the funne xd clowne-man bank robbery game. PAYDAY 2, a game that truly says a lot about our society when putting on sunglasses outside of federal property is a crime so serious that the National Guard is called in with a 20-second response time. If only the police were as motivated to take down emo 15-year-olds with AR-15s as they are policing the usage of gagball masks in PAYDAY 2, America might be crumbling at a *slightly* slower rate than it is now. Not gonna lie, the President in PAYDAY 2 also kinda looks like Joe Biden if Joe Biden wasn't Joe Biden -- AKA senile.

But yeah, that's all I have to ramble about really. Sorry for the lack of communication this past month, but the truth is I've been clinically dead for a while now, and my corpse is just barely functional enough to get by making this next video. Don't know about the specific time frame I'll get it done, but I'll get it done, that much is sure.
