Prevent Legal DMCA Take Down

Ok so eventually I'm going to be getting a legal notice to take down any intellectual property that I'm using. Tha would be copyrighted models and music.
MMD software seems to be okay with anyone using it but that's why I will eventually move from mmd software into blender or better programs.

To prevent that from happening I need to start creating original works and I need you help in the near future I will need to stop using copyrighted models especially for NSFW Lewd content I might be able to keep them for PG content, maybe.

Step 1 on this journey is to create sexy original models. I'm not a modeler yet, so I'm going to have to splice together a model from preexisting ones. That's where your helps comes into place.
What's your most favorite model body type?

1st model body that I'll be modifications to is kangxi for she has great body curve's.
2nd model will be Yamakaze body since I have already done massive back end modifications to that model.

Those will be my first based body types for some original characters.
I know you are interested in different body shapes depending on the characters, so if you would provide your favorite MMD model and I'll used it to create a base model.
Now I might be able to keep the same model by just changing a key feature like what I did to Yamakaze By just changing the hair color and eyes color and style all I need to do is change the models name.

Step 2 will be a bit more simple yet complicated and that is to make personalities to the new characters.
This will have me create really original content by providing the new characters with unique scenes and scenario's like back story and such.

For instance lets say currently Pink Yamakaze is called Lilith mother of all monsters, and as such has all demonic tendencies like a succubus, vampire and such and will suck your semen to drained your energy just for the fun of it. Now with her daughters, "other characters "they will caused mischief and entice lowly humans to their lairs and doom.

Step 3 will be creating original music to replace the copyrighted songs in MMD but that might not be such a hit on DMCA since YouTube pays the copyright owner unlike the models used in the video.

This is my future idea as to where I want to take my animation into.
