Hendrey x Cash : uncle nerf or nah (spoilers???)
Added 2022-11-19 02:01:23 +0000 UTCHello. SO I wanted y’all’s opinion on something since I’ve been waffling on it for a bit, and honestly it’s hard to tell the temperature on this from comments alone. A poll is a nice way to let ppl voice their opinions anonymously.
I am currently have a second romance planned in future parts of The Hunt with…you guessed it, Hendrey and Cash! I won‘t go into it more than that so as to not spoil anything, but I know I have had a few commenters here and there who have expressed disinterest in that because Hendrey is Rhys’s uncle.
But, honestly. I have no stake in the unclefucker game. It might be weird IRL but this is a BL about werewolves and one dumbass so I simply do not care. Either way. It doesn’t bother me, IMO it’s no weirder than Silas and Ezra. But since this would be a main story plotline I don’t necessarily want to osctrasize a portion of my audience bc they find it distasteful or whatever.
Normally I’d stick to my guns, I think it‘s generally a silly thing to get mad about, but like I said I don’t really care if Hendrey is or is not Rhys’s uncle. He could be a family friend! I just want to decide on this before I print Part 2 so if I decide to change it I can do it before print.
I’ve been in/near multiple fandoms where stupid stuff like this gives people cause to dox and harass creators. Not looking to bring that kind of bullshit to myself or those around me, but I’m also stubborn and will fight for the unclefuckers if y’all want me to lol

But to your surprise it civil af, good on everyone for not making this a big deal out of nothing; they are consenting adults and as much as I (personally) like seeing cash cry. I think he deserves some love as well, especially after what happened with Rhys… maybe he’ll grow as a character; and stop being such a whiny little bitch.
