Christmas was close and I wanted to make my boyfriend a season-appropriate breakfast. What better than pancakes then? Cooking with my right hand in a short arm finger spica wasn't easy but pancakes were a good challenge taking into account they are not the most difficult thing to cook. In the end the result was excellent and I couldn't resist eating them with the most Argentinian topping possible: Dulce de Leche (Milk Caramel) I just had to be extra careful not to get the cast all sticky and gross.
