Fantastic overview BTW. The only thing left to explain is the bigger picture. What is humanity's greatest prize, and what is Neolution's real agenda? Sure, we have the competing factions, DIAD, BrightBorn, Evie and Caster, who strive to perfect (or destroy in the case of Castor) humanity and prevent illness, but the biggest prize is eternal life. Think about Kira. Why is she special? Yes, she has unique mental capabilities, but she has another gift. Was the cloning experiment successful? Meanwhile, the man behind the curtain controls everything. This is an analogy to the Wizard of OZ and replicates how powerful men seated in ivory towers control us. Rachael has been manipulated and controlled her entire life. Love or hate her, she is a pawn, striving for power... power she can never have. The bearded guy is also a pawn, a messenger, and his boss, P.T. Westmoreland, is pure evil. Welcome to season five, and be warned, this will be tough. Tissues are required. (Lots and lots of tissues) 😥

The old guy who collects Cosima and Charlotte is sort of a custodian. You have reached the final season, another wild ride and unfortunately the end of the show.
