The series keeps some of the original "special effects" / outfits from the initial movies, and in these episodes we get to see some of the previous alien species, like the Jawas.

Disney is still leaning way too much on Original Trilogy nostalgia for me. I mean, how many more times are we going to go back to Tatooine?? You'd think it was the hub of the galaxy at this point. 🤷♂️ It was only significant in Eps. I-VI because the Skywalkers were originally from there. And I can't help but feel they're removing much of Boba's mystique. His mask and his few words were a good part of what endeared fans to him in the first place. Well, yet another beloved SW character neutered by Disney, I guess... 😐
