Updates - Subscription Billing and IOS stuffs

1: Patreon is eventually moving everyone to subscription billing (in short, you pay on the day you first subbed every month) so I just went ahead and did that. Shouldn't mean any changes for current patrons; you should still get charged at the start of the month.
2: If any of you use the IOS app to pay for your subs Apple is going to start charging higher fees for new members (details in this post) so switch to desktop for subbing to people!
