It took me a while to understand the ending, and I truly had to research Monicas' character because I had no idea she had superpowers. This was not shown in Captain Marvel 😲

So, yeah, comics info can hint stuff - like the existence of an all-white Vision, but it isn't going to answer your questions very accurately. The white Vision's origin is already SIGNIFICANTLY different from the comics. Just keep faith that the MCU has done a fine job so far of explaining itself (eventually) without depending on prior comic knowledge.

2022-04-22 02:06:50 +0000 UTCYou might have figured this out by the end of the episode (still watching the reaction), but something you've missed up to this point is that the stuff she creates isn't necessarily "imaginary" or illusion. Yes, she can create those, and she can control people's minds, but in the MCU, her natural-born witch nature combined with the Mind Stone's power means she can actually alter reality itself, creating real physical things. The kids, Vision, the costumes, transforming objects to match the period of the world, etc. These haven't been illusions or "imaginary".
