It's Friday, one of the best days for many, and I hope it's for you too.
These 2 episodes teach us great life lessons:
- Don't ruin the work you have already done because you're raging. This only means you'll have to do it all over again when you're better.
- Don't judge other people you don't know for what happened in the past between people you don't know. And basically don't judge.
- Don't sneak food when not needed, no matter what the others do!
- Empathize more with other people's issues. You might get surprised.
- Don't get stuck in the past. Live your present and set goals for the future
- Learn from people, question yourself. There is always calm before the storm. Sometimes you're right, sometimes they are.
- Learn from your past mistakes.

You're right, it's not just a simple cartoon - some of the characters in Avatar get more development than characters in other big name TV shows and movies. Alejandro is 100% right - there's so much for all of us to learn from this show. And it's only just getting started... Also minor note - Firelord Ozai is voiced by none other than Mark Hamill - Luke Skywalker himself :)

2021-05-15 05:18:19 +0000 UTCI agree that even though it's a story for kids, it does have a lot to teach, not only for kids, but to ourselves, some of the things it teaches we already know but we forget them when we let our emotions take over us. Also the stories are very relatable and honest, I sometimes remember when I was a fool when I see them making the mistakes I once did, or when I had a hard choice to make, or when I overcame a seemingly impossible goal, or when I helped a friend, or when a friend helped me, hell even when I helped an "enemy". Even if its fantasy, it has beautiful stories to tell not too different to what we go through in life, while teaching valuable lessons to be better, and happy :)
