What a tremendous movie! The turn of events left me speechless π± I have enjoyed it so much, thank you for this recommendation.
As you know, I promised to watch other Batman movies commented during the poll, just not in a row. This way I can give the opportunity for other movies to be voted and shared. So stay alert because this week comes a poll π

Mirandas twist is not easy to know unless you already know from the comics that Ra's Al Ghul had a daughter, Talia, not a son. but throughout the film there are several small clues to her real identity that you can spot on a second watch :) Also the scene where they unveil the statue of batman was positioned for it to look like a clown's face, in honor of Heath Ledger. And as for how did he come back after the pit, there are many theories around the internet, but there is only one real answer. Because he is batman I still like the second one better, probably due to the uncomfortability of it as you said and because I really loved the Joker, even though Bane is not a bad villain at all. Still an amazing film anyway, way better than most blockbusters these days.
