So you've met Mai and Ty Lee. I love the contrast among Azula and her 2 friends. The 3 of them could hardly be more different. Thus far we can see that Mai is a grumpy, taciturn misanthrope, Ty Lee is a ray of sunshine, and Azula is ruthless. That's like taking 3 characters from 3 completely different shows and putting them together. They're the mini-Avengers.

2021-07-16 13:45:15 +0000 UTCSame opinion, third best of the three. No Zuko and Iroh, but also not as much emotional content like the last two. My favorite part is Azula getting Tai Lee to come with her, which is largely accomplished through subtext. Azula doesn't explicitly threaten Tai Lee or demand that she come, and Tai Lee doesn't openly begrudge Azula for forcing her to go, but we all understand what's happening.
