Great edit but too triggered by the use of 'The Way' by Jack Hemsey which is used in so much of The Walking Dead edits and promos! My favourite edit is 'The Promise' by GossipVal1 which is a very moving and mature portrait of Spike and Buffy's (toxic) relationship

I'm sure others have, but I want to recommend The Passion of the Nerd's Buffy Guides. They give a different perspective on our shared love of BtVS. They're thoughtful and quite entertaining.

I don’t like ranking seasons, but all these years later I’m still conflicted on it. The story fits perfectly in Buffy and there’s no way I’d wish it doesn’t exist, but it also doesn’t feel like Buffy... and that’s something I haven’t been able to place yet. Some might say it’s darker, but there are plenty of episodes to contradict that, some might say it’s more raw but the body contradicts that. I guess you could point at the writing style, but to be honest that has run the gambit as well. Whatever the truth is... can’t deny it fits as a part of Buffy and it wouldn’t be the same without.

I totally agree with you on season 6 aging like fine wine. Season 6 is my favorite season of Buffy, but only taken in context as a whole and with the hindsight offered by knowing where season 7 takes them. I completely understand why a lot of people don't like season 6, *especially* the first time around, but it will always hold a special place for me. (And anyway, it's my opinion that when it come to best/worst seasons/episodes, Buffy fans will never agree and we're all correct...)
