this show is just as much about Kingpin being reborn as Daredevil. He's lost to daredevil twice, was put in prison and gotten out only to fail again. Then he tries to retreat back into the shadows only to be stopped by the Hawkeyes and betrayed by Echo. Gets shot and then after he recovers disappears AGAIN. The streets have forgotten why they fear this man and a lot of citizens forgot why he was so evil. Also Muse is a vigilante, a vigilante is simply someone who acts outside the boundaries of the law. The line between superhero and vigilante has always been public opinion
