I'm a bit of a contrarian to the rest here, I would prefer one cohesive video, if only because I'm lazy, and don't want to faff locating the YT reaction and finding the start of the discussion within. However, as others have said, whatever works for you!

Whatever works for you. I think we like seeing the reactions and having a chance to chat. It's too bad you're not really looking at comments any longer, though - maybe you can reconsider whether a moderator or two would be worthwhile at some point? I noticed that Liam Catterson's mod (suzi) has offered to help you in the past, though I doubt you saw it because she left it in a reply comment, which I think you mentioned you don't read. No pressure, it would just be nice to be able to keep some level of conversation with you going.

Ditto, as someone who was a little late to the party, I'd love to see some of the older uncut ones. Not sure if this is possible now or at any point in the future, but if so I'd be psyched (and probably a hermit for a week whilst I caught up)

This all sounds fine to me. I'm not surprised your thoughts for this episode are longer, I am very much looking forward to hearing what you analyze and discuss. As for splitting up the reactions and the after thoughts, I don't have a strong opinion either way, but definitely do it if helps you with space etc.

I think hearing that your thoughts on THIS episode were so extensive that you couldn’t even include them with the episode itself is among the funniest and best pieces of news for those of us who were expecting a hefty reaction to “Restless.” 😁 Anyway if it makes it easier for you to keep videos up and doesn’t gobble up so much of your computer’s room, then going to YouTube to hear your comments hardly seems too much to ask.

31 minutes? Sounds about right ;p Making post-thoughts exclusive to youtube isn't a bad idea, it'll also help the viewcount on those videos.
